How to Free your Soul from Manipulation or Oppression by Others

Metaphysically, the story of Exodus is about freeing the spiritual consciousness (People of Israel) from oppression by the Ego (Pharaoh).  When applied by an individual that is being spiritually oppressed, this prayer has the effect of freeing the individual from the oppression, very often at the expense of the health of the oppressor(s).

  1. Visualize the Middle Pillar.  It is not necessary to vibrate the God Names.
  2. Silently, pray, "Lord YHVH, Currently, there is a person or group by the name of <name of person or group> that is trying to spiritually block my ability to practice my magick.  Remove their influence from me and restore my ability to practice my magick. AMEN."  or words to this effect.

My personal experience with this prayer is that the effect is powerful and instant.  You then simply resume your magick practices.  For best results, this should be performed as soon as you begin to feel spiritually oppressed.
